Arizona Whip Makers

Post by IndyFan89 »

I have searched and searched for whipmakers here in AZ and it looks like there is not one Bullwhip vendor here in Arizona.

Am i wrong? Does anyone know of whipmaker here?

Hi IndyFan89,

There are only a handful of professional quality whipmakers in the world, let alone the U.S.A., so it is unlikely that you will find one in Arizona. I can't think of any whipmakers in AZ, professional, part-time, amateur or otherwise. There may be a hobbyist somewhere in AZ, but no one is coming to mind at the moment.

Regards,

Paul Nolan

I know.....I was on vacation there in Phoenix a few weeks ago looking for whip makers and found nothing. I did, however, find a hattery in Scottsdale that took measurements of my head using a 100 year old machine. They have my head on file, so to speak, and can make me a custom hat of my choice of materials made to any hat design I wish starting at $250 8)
