it seems like anytime i try to call him, i get his answering machine. when is a good time to call him?

I consistently am able to get him between the hours of 4-5 pm central. Good Luck.

My best advice is to stick close to the phone # you provided him (hopefully a cell). He has returned my calls at times varying from 9AM to midnight but always returns them. It may take him a while to get back to you but he seems very organized. I emailed him requesting to reserve a certain # jacket and he left me a voice message 1 week later telling me that he had reserved my # and to call him back. We played phone tag over the next couple days and when we connected he was again a pleasure to talk to and was both polite and humbled at our interest in his jackets.

that is what happened to me the last couple of days. i finally get ahold of him, then we play phone tag for a day-and-a-half, then i am actually able to place my order.
also, he is VERY thankfull for our business!!! i recomend that if you cannot order from him now, then you at least reserve a number. i am going get number 3 / 777.
when i first phoned him & told him my measurements, he seemed unsure of the measurements i gave him because of my size. i sent him an email with 10 pics of my wested with a cloth tape measure, as well as a couple of me wearing it, & he then seemed to be okay with the measurements i gave him. he seems like a really nice gentleman.
