hello! new to the forum this week, but long time lurker! ok, so i did it. . . actually manufactured the duct tape bullwhip today for my 7yr old son! he loves it (anyone here remember when you had no bottom line standards for your gear!) had some extra tape left over and constructed an Indy holster for his cap gun! what can i say, it's not the greatest, but i'm a hero in my son's eyes (and i'll savor every moment of that, before i knonw it he'll be a teenager and look at me completely different!) and we had a blast making it. i thought it'd be neat to share with you guys . . . thanks!

That's always fun to look at. It's amazing what many things duct tape can do!

Duct Tape is like the Force.
It has a Dark Side and a Light side
and it binds the universe together

You laugh, but the last @#$% cow hide tourist whips I had as a kid survived into college, where I had to use duct tape to hold it together the last few years of its life.

That stuff is awesome---The hat absolutely kills me....it's made out of Duct tape, and it STILL looks better than my first hat.....!

Your son is definately going to remember this. I still rememeber when my dad would help me put together Indy costumes and Luke Skywalker costumes. You never forget those times. And that tape hat...
...I would rather wear that than a Dorfman Pacific! That is great.

That's great!
It's waterproof and will never taper.

I think you have to scale the sheet model to a kid (gun) size.
