Allow myself to introduce...myself!
Hi everybody!
MODERATORS: If this is the wrong spot to post this, I apologize in advance.
My name is Neal and I have been lurking here forever and have not posted much. I am a local artist/model maker and have some fun opportunities in working on certain things.
First here is my gear so far....
Hat: Akubra Fed 3 Deluxe redressed with new ribbon and bow. Fullers earth added as well.
Jacket: Wested ROTLA Lambskin with mods purchased from NOBODY (Thanks again)
Whip: 12' David Morgan cracked a few times. This thing is insane! My centerpiece in my gear collection. THANKS ij1936!
Shirt: Magnoli shirt bought from a local gear head (Thanks Ben!)
Pants: Original pair of Calvary twill wool officer's pinks with rear flap pockets.
Shoes: Alden 405's (Big THANKS to schmidty612)
Belt and holster: Todds standard on both... great pieces.
Bag and strap: Original unissued Mark VII with Kepler strap.
Gloves: Wells Lamont from Todd's
For props I have a few I will show in other threads.
Here is a pic of me in gear (please disregard the expression on my face, LOL!) from a recent period/costume party we had the weekend prior to the Indy 4 premiere.
My work has included working on some Indy pieces such as lifesize busts in previous years.
Here are some pics of my Indy busts...
Collage with the more rugged "its not the years honey, its the milage" look
Different one with a Peter Bros. Fedora.
...This was a special moment for me...
I did not know what I was doing this one for years ago and when I sent it to him , low and behold, it was dressed with THE hat . (Desi, if you wish for me to remove pic, I will do so.)
Thanks to everyone for making this a great place to come to and I look forward to continuing coming here for more Indy fun.
-Neal

I have only painted and finished these in the past for clients, but here is a link to the man who sculpted these. He is an amazing talent.

This bust is his first version. He has a second version available.
I do not make 12" Indy figures... just waitin' for my Sideshow
I will be eventually doing up a display......

Yeah, I only cracked it a couple times on the street. I will be getting some pecards on that puppy right away.
