Voice Mail from Sergeant Hack

I wanted to share with all that the other day I was pleasanlty suprised to have a voice mail on my telephone from Sergeant Hack at US Wings. I had sent US Wings an email query the day before, mentioning I am with COW, expecting an email back at some point from customer service. Instead Sergeant Hack took the time to personally call with the information. What a pleasant suprise. Just thought I would share that.

I know I saw the email for Sgt. Hack here at the forums but a half hour of searching has proven fruitless. Would someone please post it? I've tried sgt.hack@uswings.com but the message keeps coming back as undeliverable.

Just send your email to: info@uswings.com

I know he has a personal address, but I sent all my emails to this address and he has responded to them every time!

Thanks very much. I emailed the info address yesterday but haven't gotten a reply yet. I'm jumping the gun, I know, but I've been fretting about my first Indy jacket for weeks now and I'm anxious now that I'm close to a decision.

I'll give it a couple more days and email again.

Put "Attention SGT Hack" in the subject line and I am sure he will get around to responding.

The "attn" heading in the subject line did the trick. He responded back this morning and seems like a super nice individual.

He also asked to reiterate (in order to avoid confusion) that the $100 discount for COW members is in effect for the Collectors Edition Vintage Cowhide Jacket (IJVINC). This discount is only for the collectors edition.

His wife had all his other email accounts deleted. If you've read the post in the vendors section, he has a LOT of health related problems he's overcoming, so she's nailed him down to just the one info@uswings.com, and his hours are ONLY between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. when he's near his PC.
