Bought a dk brown cowhide raiders from wested showroom its a tough bit of kit!

Quite heavy, I have rotla special lamb as well and the cow is perhaps 2- 3x as heavy.Its pretty strong and will take some punishment before breaking.A lovely working jacket.

I've got one of thoes

I've worn it in all kinds of nasty weather.
and it smells really badly now....(it got sprayed by a skunk twice)
I actually used it as my one and only rain jacket for a while.
I've worn almost every week since 7th grade.
its 5 years old now, and a bit too big for me.
Its a size 42, and I wear about a size 36-38 now.

But its shaped to my body, so it really doesn't matter too much.

To answer Blueskyz question fully the cowhide raiders standard 40r weighs 4lb 7oz compared to the ROTLA SPECIAL that weighs 2lb 2oz.Hope that is of some use
