I recommend looking for a leather shop, local or on the net, and telling them what you want using pictures and by describing what you are looking for as detailed as possible. I did that a few months ago and I was very pleased with the results. I wanted a strap with the "grooves" that Noel Howard placed on his straps and I specified that I wanted both sides to be finished in dark brown, just for uniformity in the fold of the strap. I received my strap exactly as requested and the best part was that it only cost around $17, $12 for the strap and $5 for shipping. The hardest part was finding a buckle, but thanks to SWTrooper, that quest is over. I suggest looking into it at least. Hope this helps.

SWTrooper is a member of this forum. He ordered a few buckles from a site that had an accurate looking buckle and he offered some of the extras he had for sale to other members. I couldn't find the thread earlier but here's the website with a picture of the buckle. http://aplusproduct.com/project/catalog/p10/12.htm The catch is that you have to order the buckles in bulk to get one. Hope this helps.

This might work too if you get rid of the roller and the pin(?).
