Here's a quick picture of my Rabbit AB with Raven Bar Bash. One of the last ones that Steve made. I will take better photographs with it on my noggin later.

Ordered 10/29/2006. Received ~11/23/2007

Nice fedora, GoneSolo. I wish I had found COW earlier so I could have capitalized on the rabbit AB. With any luck, I may be able to pick one up in the Bazaar one day.

Thank you sir. If you've got a larger head size, I think, you'll be able to find one around. I've been waiting for one to show up to avoid having to wait for a custom order, but so far, it looks like I am the only one around here with 6 7/8 head.

I do actually have pretty large hat size. Whatever 23'' is, thats it. I think thats a 7 3/8. That is good news to hear. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Mr Z: ABs no longer come in rabbit, only pure beaver. The only way to get a hold of the rabbit AB is by buying one from the Bazaar.

Magnoli's Herbert Johnson is, essentially, a rabbit AB, because it is assembled & blocked by Steve, using HJ parts.

Wait... which way was I supposed to go?

I am quite proud of my new Adventurebilt. I am also wearing my Wested and Aldens, both have seen nearly five year of daily use and still looking good (except in the summer when it is to hot for me to stand wearing a jacket even on my motorcycle.) Unfortunately, my fedora won't be getting as much use since I got rid of my car and I can't really carry it on my motorcycle.

Anyway, here are a few close-up photos of my new Adventurebilt. =)

Alright well first off I am VERY VERY grateful of this hat and how I got it, here's the email I got from Steve.
As Indy said to Short Round, "it was a mistake!"

Really, apparently my apprentice slipped your order in on the current work pad. Hope your good luck doesn't make someone else mad!!!! Well, at least you have yours now!! Mistake and all. Take care. Steve
Oh and it's size is 7 1/4.

Wait! You ordered this year! (Mod edit: *SLAP* That's for blasphemy! Language, please.) that gives me hope of having mine sooner than I expected. I ordered in March, hopefully a Steve will send me a little miracle in a white box soon.

You lucky duck. Maybe since you ordered on the 26th, he is done with orders from around that date in June 07 and they are shipping out soon from hats ordered before then? I am hoping that may be the case! But probably just wishful thinking... but if he has been working on June orders since April... hmmm. Maybe I have a chance at getting my June 20 order by the premiere after all... :-k

I'm hoping everyone's 'June 26' logic above is right because that's the date I ordered mine in '07.

Great looking hat, TT--congrats, again. Now go buy a lottery ticket!

Thousand Truths - I think you should send the hat back. It just isnt fair...to you! You missed out on all the fun of waiting, you wont have the days of checking the doorstep for the white box, or sitting outside waiting on the mail...or the anticipation building up in your stomach as you wait for your AB. :D Congrats on being lucky, that's a fine hat.

Yea when I saw the box I mean before that I had not a thought of my AB, only wishing I had it now and when I saw it I said...no...can't be....then I opened it and I was like waaaaat

Wow! From a photography perspective, your lighting is great. Whoever did a)the red lighting and b)the one in the toilet bowl should be given a medal.

I just wish you were holding one of those really big rubber plungers and had a plumbing snake on your belt instead of a whip...
