Shirt Question

Okay I have a maybe dumb question to ask. I have the Cabela's safari shirt and I was wondering how do I button the sleeves so they're short? Do you know what I mean?

Nevermind, looking at it now it looks as if it can't do that.

Yep. All you can do is roll. They sell different shirts that have the tab and button to hold the sleeves up, but I find then uncomfortable.
