proper pocket size

does anyone know what the proper outside pocket size is on the Wested Raiders jacket? I am talking about the piece of leather that they sew onto & cover with the flap. I have read some stories on here about recieving a Wested & the pockets were too small.

Too small!!!!! I have only ever seen them too big. too long.

onthe distressed cowhide i recieved a while back, they were about five inches wide...
