I'll post pictures of it when I receive it (soon since I live in France).
I choose this hide because I want it to last for years.
By the way, how could I distress it very lightly?

I am leaving the "close enough" side to enter into the SA one...

Good choice. I've got goat - 6 years old or so. Never distressed. Don't do it. It has aged well by itself. Love goat as a leather. It's heavy but soft and comfortable and tough.

Yep I know! that's why I 'll have one soon :)
It seem to be indestructible, I just want to distress it gently, like a "I wore it for two years look"...

Nice!! I am waiting for my combo goat deal too!! Can't wait!! Did you hear anything from them regarding when it'll be shipped? I was told within 7 working days... They are pretty busy right now.

I'd start distressing by just wiping it down with a little rubbing alcohol to get rid of the shine of a new jacket. If it still looks too new for you I'd carefully proceed to very fine grit sandpaper. That should help knock off the newness of the jacket without going into the extreme methods.

Oh and also what's the main difference between Goatskin and Lambskin?

Lamb is softer and thinner and more "drapy", goat is sturdier and would also be more water repellant.

Now that I think about it I'm gonna go with the Goatskin since it's tougher and will probably last longer...
