What would make a good pounce bag? Cheesecloth? Any ideas?

I was told to use nylon hose (panty hose) or a regular thin dress sock. Fill it, tie it off and there you go.

Or for those who's sock draw consist mostly of white crew socks...
just use the one with the big toe about to tear thru!

I have found that a handkerchief, with the corners pulled together and tied with an elastic band, does the trick nicely.

Hey
Stores like Bulk Barn or Michaels have pounce bags in their cake decorating sections. These are usually used to put cornstarch and icing sugar in when making fondant icing.
