Is the Akubra Camdraft discontinued? Out of curiosity I searched the Campdraft and came up with the flat topped telescoped blocked hat. Is this a new version of the hat or old information? Thanks.

No, it's still offered.
The photos you see are a shaped campdraft, in a weird telescope most people don't like, but the Campdraft still comes open-crowned.
You can call Ron at Hatsdirect.com and he'll send you one in the color you want. There's another locale people like everythingaustralian.com.au. or something like that.
Be prepared for a couple months wait. Akubra considers them special order. They are worth it, though.
