Ok..have been given it alot of thought..
I have been looking at some high close up shoots from the raiders bag strap
was there grooves or was there not??I cant see any........
any enlightment on this will be very appreciated

Nice one G, K mentions in the thread that the belts were so heavily distressed that is why you can't see any grooves on the belts because of the distressing job they did. But there was grooves on the belts, and that is from the Man who made the belts. Now we will debating what the original color was for the belts, brown, or dark brown. personally I don't care, just as long as its close enough.

and i did read that thread from the guy who made the leather straps from the films and that's what sold me on the grooves. Honestly though, as long as it looks good, who cares?
Yeah my gunbelt is black. Yes. Black. and i don't care, the buckle is right.
