Todd's Whip

So, what is the general consensus on Todd's whip. It sure looks great to me, as far as SA and all that. However, what about the quality? The price is sure good, considering you have to donate a kidney to purchase most quality whips.

According to Todd, this whip is a great costume piece and if asked to do some cracks you could. But it isn't meant to be used long term. Mainly, it's just a costume piece. :junior: -M

I've added pics and basic review of my Todd's before. It's my first whip so I've nothing to compare it to.
Most seem to feel it is sub-par as "real" whips go. I'm not sure if this is due to changes from standard construction techniques or different materials used. Todd himself has given a description/disclaimer that states that it is a functioning whip primarily designed as a costume piece (paraphrased, not a quote).
I'm not sure how many members here have one as I've only found a few 1st hand reviews/descriptions.
My experience has been all good so far. I know that at least one member here has had a negative experience unfortunately.
I bought mine as a "starter" piece. Much like my Federation, I'm very happy with the product, price and service of the supplier, but I always intended to add other hats to my collection.
Some day I hope to add another whip, a "higher-end" whip. Until then, my Todd's is great fun to crack and looks the part hanging from my belt

That's pretty much all I'm hoping for, so I may take the plunge. I appreciate the input Tron and Mulceber. I don't know all that much about whips, and this one looks cool. I can't imagine I'll crack it all that much, but who knows.

Tron, I couldn't find your pics and whip review. Mulceber, what whip do you have?
