Anyone got New Wested Goat Pictures??

Post by Jonny Whip Crack »

Hi all. I'm still pretty new to the forum. I've poked around and tried to find descriptions, prefrences and so on for the Wested goat. I've just placed an order for one in the last week, and I'm hoping someone in here can post some pictures of the jacket being worn. I'm looking to see how it drapes, and the thickness of the hide, compared to my Authentic Lamb. I'm a little scared that the hide will be too thick, much like new cowhide, and lack a nice draping quality. I've heard it's heavy and tough; I've also heard Wested changed their goat from a few years ago. So, I'm looking for pics of the new goat, any...any at all. Help me Obi Wan Forum...you're my only hope. (sorry for the Star Wars refrence on an Indy site)
Regards.

Here you go, I usually wear a 38" short with 23" sleeves so this is a bit long in the sleeves for me. It is a 38R.

Hmmm - and thinner than the old goat eh? If only it came in dark brown too.

Thanks Kt Templar That's a nice jacket. It looks like it drapes between a cow hide and a lamb, which is fine for me. The color looks great, and i'm sure it's darker if this was taken with flash. Flash really makes these jackes look much lighter than they reall are.
