Indy Magnoli quoted in new Indiana Jones book!

Post by IndyBlues »

Just a heads up. Tony, you've been quoted in the new Indy book, "Indiana Jones: Off the Beaten Path". It quotes your letter to the Alden Shop posted on the main IndyGear site, regarding the many adventures you and your Aldens have been on.

About halfway down the page:

http://www.indygear.com/gear/boots.shtml

Pretty cool, and I thought you would like to know.

Where did you get a copy of that book? It won't be released until 18 April here in Canada, that's according to the Chapters website anyway.

It seems to me that's perfectly normal. For me, Indy Magnoli is the finest prop maker. Congratulation though !

WOW! I've been reading through the book, and tons of props by Magnoli are in there as well, AND he's referenced at thre end of the book. Very cool.

One thing that bothers the heck out of me, is in the Indy websites section, there is not a mention of Club Obi-Wan.
Raider.net, ThrowMeTheIdol.com, but ZERO mention of COW. Kind of a slap in the face if you ask me. This place gets no respect.
