I'd never seen this picture before... but I like the way the fedora and the rest of the gear looks. Is it the same hat worn in the Well Of Souls set?

Yes. That is the storm scene before Indy enters the Well of the Souls.

That certainly looks like the Well of Souls sequence - right after they first strike stone.

If I recall correctly, that big up turn on his hat is actually cause by a gust of wind.

It probably was a gust of wind but you wouldn't really be able to tell it from the pic with the snake. Those two scenes might have been filmed weeks apart.

At least the scene is very distinctive, and goods views of the hat. Should make replication fairly easy if you know what your doing with a bash.

Yeah i think its the wind lifting it up.... theres another screen cap about where indy is on his horse racing after the trucks were he's above on the sandy hill and he pulls up just before contemplating going down it... the wind pushes up on one side of the hat!

That must have been one floppy hat! Even my HJ doesn't do that.
