wested ordr tracking

Post by uncle ogs »

Hi everyone,
Just wondered if anyone who has bought a standard jacket from wested knows wether or not you get a gps tracking number. I bought one and did not get one now i have ordered a second one and have been told that parcel force will send me the tracking number? I did'nt think they did that. I would be greatful for any advice based on the experience of others. Finally as a newbie can i just say that this is a very informative forum and hello. :)

After I received an order status of "COMPLETE" from Wested, I emailed them back & asked if there was a tracking number.
Gemma responded and gave me a Parcelforce tracking number.

OK thanks for that, on my first order i did not recieve any info other than an acknowledgment of reciept of initial order, then the jacket arrived in within 4 days. This time round i recieved an email saying PROCESSING but i dont know if its been dispatched or not (ordered 8 days ago) They are very friendly (Gemma always gets back to me) and make excellent jackets but the feed back/update you get does seem a little erratic. Thanks for the response.

My second wested arrived today and is excellent. I will post pics soon. I guess wested have just been very busy hence the occasionally vauge response. I was'nt that keen on the first jacket i got but the second one fits like a glove and i am thrilled with it. I went one size lower than i normally would and there is still enough room for "action". For my 2 cents - "make mine a wested"
