Rate Your Overall Experience with US Wings
Not talking about whether you didn't like a particular jacket design, just overall customer service, jacket workmanship, materials used, etc., etc.

The "Don't Know" is my attempt at a comedy relief option, unless you haven't bought anything from them. Then if you click "don't know" it would make some sense. If you have purchased something from them and still can't decide how to rate your experience, you may select the "don't know" option if you wish to proclaim yourself a moron.St. Dumas wrote:Who would vote for "Don't know"?

I got a goatskin Indy jacket from US Wings in 2004, a US made jacket and paid full price. I voted for "excellent" in this poll, as the crafstmanship and materials in this jacket are absolutely top shelf! It's the jacket I grab whenever I anticipate rough conditions or weather. This is a very tough jacket. It's breaking in nicely and just looks better and better with time. It is also my most comfortable Indy jacket. I'd get another one but mine will obviously outlast me and I can hardly imagine getting a better jacket from Wings. I suppose I would qualify as a satisfied customer. I sent them an e-mail expressing these same thoughts a while ago, I hope they saw it.

I marked them down to "satisfactory" because I bought my second A2 from them week before last. It was the "Signature Series" goat. The web site did not specify the lining. The picture on the web page showed it with the same cotton as a lamb A2 I'd gotten from them a couple of years ago. But when it showed up, the lining was nylon and after emailing them, they said that was all they had. Seems to me they ought to to change the picture on the web. Although unhappy I kept it because I was heading off to London the next day and really needed it.
