On his website he said if you didn't get a coa he would send one to you.

An oversight on my behallf, Gemma was on vacation and I had a helper who dispatched some jackets without COA. It was only one day so could not have been more than 10-15 jackets.

A humble request from an owner of two Wested jackets:

Peter, please be so kind as to fix your avatar. It links to an FTP address and causes an error message every time many of us open a thread in which you've posted.

Many thanks! :)

See how it works. Just contact the vendor first. They will usually take care of it right away. They really, really don't like it when you ask the community, first.

well , then maybe they should have included a cert if i was supposed to get one...

I thought i recalled reading they were included , one wasnt, i asked 'the community'...i dont have a problem with that, id bet many people that arent in 'the community' may or may not even know that they could get a cert...no ill will was portrayed, just a question from a first time wested buyer, i shouldnt be questioned for that...

Ortiz, I read it as a question of curiosity. So many websites aren't entirely up-to-date, so it's not hard to imagine a misprint on the internet.

Ortiz, my apologies. I did not intend to single you out at all. My error... the intention of my above post was to address the general forum that the first course of action is to perhaps take it up to the vendor first. I think Peter would agree with me. Right Peter?
