I just ordered one from EC Whips, and am expecting it later this week. His price is $190 for an 8 foot Indy style whip, and from what I hear, his current offerings are a VERY good bargain for the price. He is a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend him.

His address is www.geocities.com/ecwhips
As Mr. Edge said, if you do a search of this forum on whipmakers, you'll find a lot of posts on the different ones.

These are the main ones I know of, simply because they were on this page. http://www.indygear.com/gear/whip_vendors.shtml

Ask Sergei if you want an unbiased opinion of my work. He received the whip I made for Zohar yesterday and was impressed enough with the quality that he immediately placed an order.
