Does Noel Howard still make orders for clothing???

I haven't dealt with Noel for a few years now, but I gather he is still taking orders, and works independently since his company, MBA Costumes, closed.

I emailed him last week and haven't heard back yet, though my understanding is that it sometimes takes him a while to reply (apparently a very busy guy). I sure hope he still takes orders.

i ordered 2 LC/TOD shirts from him last week. he was home for a couple of days from filming in africa.....then again my e-mail request to him was from a couple months back. he couldn't answer promptly due to his schedule....so you need to be patient from ordering from him. he still carries all of the items.

Yeah Noel was home a few days but left again on Boxing day.

Yeh a very buisy man i sent an email and he replied about a week later. and he sent me a price list but he says he is out of bagstrapsor it might of been the bag i am not sure anyway he still takes orders i think.

The good news is that there's (usually) no wait time with Noel. The bad news is that it's compensated by being at the mercy of his schedule!

I'm planning to visit London next week and will drop by at the M.B.A. Costumes location. Dang, I didn't know his company had closed and I had already planned one of my vacation days around it.

I also had e-mailed him last week of December and didn't get a response yet from him. I'll still visit the place and I'll let you know of anything after I get back the following week.

MBA costumes closed? I'm sure I read on this forum that after he and MBA parted ways, MBA was considering continuing selling their Indy replicas, but with a higher price tag.

I'm pretty sure that's the case. I remember talking to one of the girls who worked there about it. She said that the increasing use of CGI in movies was making costume companies less necessary and they'd been losing business as a result. I made a point of buying all the items I'd ever wanted from them before it was too late. It wasn't clear at the time whether or not Noel would continue to offer the Indy gear on his own.

OK, I'm back from London (Actually, I was back in NY on Jan. 14th but I'm still recovering from jet lag and still stuck on UK time). I can confirm that M.B.A. Costumes (or at least the building) no longer exists. There was currently construction being done at that location. There is no building yet, so I'm assuming they were building the foundation. Unless, I am totally wrong and the building on the right side of the street, Melia House, is the actual building where M.B.A. Costumes used to be. It was raining medium-heavy and a little after 5 PM, but I had my trusty Garmin GPS so I'm fairly sure that I was at the right address. I took two pictures to commemorate the experience, but shortly after a man in a regular suit came to question me. There were no distinctive marks or badges on his suit, so I wasn't sure if he was a security guard (maybe from the Melia House). Anyway, the first thing he asked me was if I was alright. I asked him if that site was M.B.A. costumes and he was purposely vague with his answer. I even asked if this location was 52-56 Onasburgh St. Again, he was vague and said "it might be." Our conversation ended with a warning, "Be careful of the pictures you are taking." Does anyone know if taking pictures of a construction site is banned?

I wasn't the least bit winded. If I was winded, it was probably because of you, Kt. Maybe you were the man in the suit.

It's not like he threatened to confiscate my camera. Then, that would be scary considering how much my camera costs. In 2002, I took some pictures of a newly renovated train station in my neighborhood. Because of the 9/11 scare, a police officer stopped me and he was about to take my camera but decided not to.
