Has anyone tried these? They are available in Taupe, which is nice but I was wondering about the cut because I owned a pair of their "Classic Fit dress chinos" for a while and felt that they were cut too narrow for SA or my likeing, so I sold them. I like the color on these "year rounds" though.

There is also these, which are called "natural fit" and supposed to be roomy in the seat and thighs, but no taupe..Dark Kahki isn't bad though.

Washable Year round Wool Pants..

OOPS, I just answered my own question, sort of.... well, I've already owned these pants (year round wool) before , here's the thread about it: viewtopic.php?t=18162&highlight=
But I think I may try them again, for two reasons.. first, I ordered the plain front version which may have contributed to my feeling that they were too slim. Secondly, these new ones are apparently made from a different wool, washable as apposed to the old ones that were from Merino. I may even order up a size for a looser fit ala Ford's extremely baggy fit in the first two films. Oh BTW, they have back pocket flaps, well used to have anyway. I'm not really interested in the Dress chinos because of them being of cotton.

Don't think that's always the case montana, the ones I bought back in July 2006 definately had the back pocket flaps, I wrote about it in the thread I sited..look at the last reply in that thread. So, maybe there is some fluctuation in pattern from LLB? I agree the color is great, very tempting. The year round pair doesn't have the flaps, the chinos do.
