Hi.I am sorry if this has been talk about before.

But How do you shrink leather and get that crunchy look?

this is very tricky, but i used the dryer... wrapped it in a pillow case and threw it in for little increments of time

Not the expert here by any means but from what I understand be careful with shrinking a jacket because some leathers (i.e. cowhide) can shrink unpredictably.

Don't some gearheads wash their jackets in the clothes washer? I've always been leary of doing it due to the cost, you know? Does anyone have any before and after photos of a washed leather jacket? I saw this thread from last month viewtopic.php?t=24575
but I'm wondering about before and after pictures.

Djd, your jacket looked nice. Do you have any other photos of it?
