A close-enough from Goody's

Post by Indyextra1 »

I got this as an early Christmas present this weekend. I was at Goody's, and noticed a jacket similar to Indy's that was on sale. Original price was $130, but I got it for $48.
It has several non-accurate things (side-entry pockets, waistline, no straps), but for the price, I love it!
It's made by a company called Cougar; anyone ever heard of them?

Not a bad catch, my friend. :D

No, never heard of them myself, but it should serve you well on your adventures.

I would say that is the next step to SA from regular bomber jackets the lack of a knit sleeve and bottom is much better {IMHO} than a straight bomber, don't get me wrong, I love my bomber jacket

I bought my wife a jacket similar to yours BUT it was made of small scrapes of leather, looks nice BUT it sure ain't SA

looks like a good start to me

For that price, it's a steal! This is not a bad thing, but isn't that the same jacket Jerry wears on Seinfeld? I know he had an A-2 like jacket that also had epaulettes on it.

Well, I don't watch Seinfeld, so I wouldn't know.

They also had some that were distressed brown, like LC and KotKS, but they didn't have the front pockets. They also had some in brown suede.
