Timberland Utility Workaday Boot Moc Toe - Close Enough?

I found an old post that I think refered to these boots, but the link was dead. Now they may not be Alden's, but for those of us living in the the UK these work out a lot cheaper (once you factor in p&p and customs) and without the risk of sizing errors.

I like 'em. I especially like the dark brown, as the color of my Aldens has always been my one complaint with them. 130 pounds. Ouch, but I guess it's no more than Aldens.

the upper leather of those looks VERY soft and flexible :-k :clap:

I had a look at them in the store and the dark brown is great and, I think when you factor in the additional costs of postage and customs for Aldens, the Timberlands work out a fair bit cheaper.

What is frustraiting is that they're only $145 in the USA!
