Just got my e-mail returned by Sgt. Hack. He checked out the problem and stated that my bill had been mixed up with someone elses by mistake.
Great! I am glad to hear you will be getting your money back. Let us know
how long it takes to see the credit! Sarge should really put his own e-mail
address on the Return Policy page. Then stuff like this might not happen
again.

But one thing still puzzles me. How come the Customer Service
rep did not pick up on this? Weren't they looking at the same information
that Sarge looked at. He found this problem VERY quickly! Why couldn't
they? After two attempts? He really needs to send these folks to some
training classes or something.

Just to satisfy my own curiosity, when did you send the jacket back
for the initial repair of the side strap?

I know, I am a pessimist to the end. But I do think the glass is half full
of beer no matter how much is in there...

Wow, I just knew that this story was not adding up. It's a lesson to all of us, that there are both sides to the story. And what I shame cusotmer service blew this one. I like happy endings.

That's GREAT news, Walker.

Now see what all could have been avoided if you'd just gone to Sarge in the first place?

Just kidding with ya! I'm really glad it got worked out!
