That's the 1911 boot from Red Wing's Classic Traveller series, they renamed all the models from 19xx into 90xx recently. There are many moc toe variants available (at least in Europe), like the 1908 or the 9010 eg, or even the 1915 (in black).

I picked up a pair of Redwings in the summer sales (1/3 off!!) and these have the moc toe.

although they do resemble the Alden boots, the stitching is raised, which I think prevents them from creasing in the same way. Solid boots though, I get the feeling they will last forever.

Cavalcade, is this RW model 8147 or 8135 ? Great boots,almost got a pair but then I went for the AF64s.

Those are the 8135 model. They are a touch more red in colour than in the photo.
