Wested Back length Ques.

When wested measures the back of a jacket (to waist) do they measure from the top of the collar to the waist or from where the yoke meets the collar stand to the waist?

Anyone in the know? Peter? _? KT? PLATON?

Bottom tip of the collar stand to the bottom of the jacket.
