Party Foul?
Let's say that you just happen to drop your nice fur felt fedora on a bar floor and beer happens to get spilled on it... now what? Consider this as a premptive strike as it has not happened yet, but it could...

If it was the bartender, waiter or waitress that did the spilling.... call Gater over and he'll get a free night of drinking out of it for you!
I speak sort-of from experience, there. Only it was Pepsi at a Pizza Hut. On my AB. Of course, bar etiquette is probably different than Pizza Hut etiquette, so maybe you're supposed to slug the guy instead. I don't know, I don't go to bars.
As for the fate of the hat, my AB survived the "attack" just fine, and so far hasn't held it against me. Your own results may vary.

I rinsed off the hat and dabbed off the excess right away. I also cut the liner out so it wouldn't soak through to the crown (the hat got filled with soda!). Fedora told me if any obvious spots were still on the felt after it dried, I could probably sand them out gently.Aztec wrote:So how do you clean up a fedora? Will rain do the trick?

You should've just asked for a straw.Chewbacca Jones wrote:I rinsed off the hat and dabbed off the excess right away.
