Here are a couple more pics of my Wested horsehide. I really love this jacket! The weight, colour, texture, fit - all exactly how I want them. :D

Great shots, Pagey. I have to agree, the Wested horsehide is an incredible Indy jacket leather. The more I wear it, the more I love it.
It's got a great drape, and weight. The color is also a nice blend between authentic and dark brown. Matches what I see onscreen in Raiders.

Its definately my favorite jacket. So comfortable -the Wested HH is just a great all around jacket. I continually find myself reaching for it for travel on weekend trips. Although with the weather turning colder, I'll probably be switching over to one of my Aero jackets soon.

Great looking jacket. What specs did you use?

Specs? Hardly any - 80s fit, no inside facings. And I gave my shoulder and sleeve measurements. That's it.

not fair....not fair at all. great jacket whisky.....can't believe it wasn't fully speced out, especially with those awesome pockets you have.

perhaps peter should be locking in these design templates as 'raiders standard' and giving the key to this lock to either KT, agent 5, or platon :D

Wow! I just received my Wested Raiders in Lamb and the collar is HUGE in comparison. I think that my pockets are also bigger. :(

Looks like a good jacket Nick.

Have you distressed the leather yet, or do you plan to?

Hey Al, you know this leather has a very peculiar finish to it. It almost looks old already. It's hard to describe. Anyway, I haven't distressed it and I won't be distressing it. I've actually gone off distressed jackets. I just want my jacket to look worn - so I'm wearing it!
By the way, what happened to that lovely Rickenbacker avatar - and was it your guitar???

whisky - jacket looks awesome... the color of that hh really looks like indy's jacket in raiders... are those pockets the raiders dimensions or the big lc ones? i can't quite tell... i know peter said somewhere on here a while back that by default they put the bigger lc cargo pockets on every jacket, but i don't know if that includes the "80s fit" versions...

just curious - how would you rate the uhh.. "warmness factor"? i'm considering a wested custom myself and i'd kinda like something i can wear through some of the colder weather we get here in PA... i guess what i'm asking is, do you think the hh with whatever lining you got will be warm enough for temps in the 30s? 40s? heck, 20s?
anybody with any insight on the different hides with regard to this question - please chime in! :)

great jacket again whisky
