Gun in the Holster... how should it look?

OK, this question will require photos for answers. I have a S&W replica holster, and I just bought a toy gun to fill it. I'll need to make some modifications, but how much depends on how the gun should fit in the holster. I needs pictures showing the proper way the gun should sit inside, so - flap open and closed. Can anybody help me out?

Essentially, the flap should close easily and the gun should fit inside comfortably, not too tight or too loose. I'll see if I can scare up a pic of my S&W Victory inside its proper holster for comparison.
