I'm hoping to hand make a TOD holster, and I was hoping someone out there could provide some rough dimensions of one? Or an outline sketch by chance? I don't have a revolver that would be a good fit, so I'm hoping to make the holster without the gun. I know tough. lol.
Any help would be awesome!

The easiest way would be to just buy a used one on eBay (usually $10-$20 USD...that's $9-$18 Canadian now 
).
Then you could take it apart and use it as a pattern for whatever holster filler you end up with.
Also, try using the "search" function, I know several folks have made their own, there may be a link to a pattern posted.
