I recently gave a lambskin Wested to my brother and he has told me several accounts of how folks are asking him where he got the jacket. He woke me up from a nap the first time, and I just steered him to Peter's website. Since that time, he carries the web address in his inside pocket so he won't have to bother me. The best story is the one where he is at a doctor's house, giving him an estimate on a construction job. The doctor, having an eye for the finer things, asked him right off where he got his jacket. My brother told him, and added that this was the famous Indy jacket, made by the same guy who did the one for the films. My brother then had to take the jacket off,and let this fellow check it out. His wife walks in, and tells him he doesn't need another leather jacket.
My brother said that as soon as the wife left, the doc made a beeline for his pc and was pulling up the website as my brother went on his way. My brother has had so many compliments on this jacket that he wears it everywhere now. I guess I should get out more.
