Last time I was in London I saw a Mark VII with the gas mask for I believe 50 Pounds - it did not have the other stuff that you show in the photo as well. Be careful though. I bought one Mark VII that looks like it was in pristine condition but the canvas was rotted and it tore on me. It would be nice to see Closeups of who made the bag.
By the way, if you do not already have a Mark VII you are in for a treat.
