Wested not responding to website orders placed?

Post by jvasilatos »

Hi, anyone else having a problem getting Wested to respond to emails for items ordered and paid through their website? I placed an order for a shirt and pants in August but it hasn't arrived and emails regarding the order are unreturned (and the phone number on their website doesn't seem to be in service either?)

Odd. Peter checks in just about every day, and we've had a couple members post today they've talked to the shop several times.

Hopefully he'll spot this post and respond quickly.

I also just moved your post from the general gear area to the jacket area, as Peter will be more likely to see your question here than there.

You might want to duplicate the email into a PM, Dawg.

I did PM them

And e-mail them 4 times. Peter can you please check your e-mail and PM box? I thought I ordered early enough to make sure I got this stuff by the end of October.

Glad I saw this thread. Good idea on the PM thing.

I tried emailing to place an order (from two different accounts just in case) and also haven't gotten through.

Just sent a PM to Peter...

Thanks!
Tom
