9ft Saddle Tan

Post by whiskyman »

I just completed this 9ft ( actually 9.5ft) for a friend of K-on-the-run.
The roohide is a light saddle tan - the kind I was hoping to get when I did my last batch of saddle tan whips.
I'm pleased with the colour - it has a sort of "aged natural tan" look.
Now I need to make up some crackers so I can test it tomorrow.

That's a great looking whip. It has a real Raiders look to it. Nice work!

Adios,

Thanks folks! Here's another 9ft - in natural tan. I got the roohide from David Morgan - he really has the best hides I've come across.
