You may want to check panamhatsdirect.com - especially their Fedora styles!

Depending on what quality you're looking for, Eddie Bauer actually has a straw fedora that I picked up for $16. Aside from being a little too floppy, I've been enjoying the hat all summer (though I did have to replace the ribbon, because it came with a cheap fake leather band).

You got THAT hat for 16 dollars!? Did you put that tight pinch in the front?

Yeah, it came with the really wide pinches that so many hats initially have, but after repeated soakings, I tried to tighten the pinch. I still haven't entirely gotten rid of the original pinch. you can kinda see the crease in the third picture. BTW, the first picture was actually taken about a month after the second two.

Soft Milan straw, like the PB and (Mark Brody's by the look of it), are better for the Raiders front crease than a Panama. Panama straw is more likely to crack with too fine of a crease like that.

After seeing yours I think I would just go with the PB straw anyway. I really prefer the tight pinch in hats right now.
