MY AB Rabbit
Some may have seen my new AB but these shots were taken at my local sand pit and I thought that they were a fitting back ground, also I just joined Photobucket and I wanted to try to post a pic on the thread instead of as a link (always wanted to try this) I resied them so if it works there should be a problem if there is please let me know.
The bash is the scene were Indy's haning off the front of the truck, came out pertty dang good I'd say.

that bash works nice and it looks like steve nailed the specs to suit your head/facial characteristics. The bash is the scene were Indy's haning off the front of the truck, came out pertty dang good I'd say.
....i still can't see the bash too clearly as far as the SA factor goes....could you possibly hang on to the front of a speeding truck and get a picture so i know for sure?

Thanks for the compliments though, I love this hat. I'll baby this one as I want it to last awhile. I'll be posting pics of my Todds Lamb real soon and those were taken at the same time and you can see it from other angles.

Can you be more specific, or are you talking about how it kinda hangs lower in front. I keep tweaking it upward trying to get higher but this is what this paticular bash tends to look like. Not sure what's going on with your brim

this is the look that croft is going after:
i hope todd doesn't mind me using this picture. if so todd, please advise and i will remove it.
the back brim is pushed toward the back of indy's head by the wind and the front is smushed down low over his eyes....probably to make sure that the hat doesn't blow off.
croft, it doesn't look like your center dent is aligned in center with your nose so the hat could probably use a bit fore of a turn. perhaps the added brim distortion would work in the front....i think you got the back part shaped quite nicely imo.

Quiet actuly the first time I had Feadora try this was with my 1st AB beaver and the sides and back were all distorted. With alittle work I got it straighten out but as Fedora has told me for some reason the beaver just won't hold this paticular bash. As far as the front pinch lining up: thanks for the heads up, I'll tinker with this.

thats one of my favourite pictures. it looks to me that the sweat/liner was removed and the ribbon was cinched. it also looks like he's wearing the hat higher on his head making more contact with the brim than the crown to keep that puppy on his head.
you can also assume how floppy the brim was by the abrupt break in the rear of the brim where we are assuming that the wind is pushing the brim towards the crown.
good stuff........i like his gloves too now where is todd's e-mail address again..........
