I emailed you several months ago and again recently, but I've never received a reply.

I had some queries about your hats.

I believe Marc is out of town at the moment, so I wouldn't expect a reply until early next week. That being said, I'm not sure why he hasn't responded to your correspondence from several months back. I know he has been busy lately, perhaps it just slipped through the cracks...

I've purchased items from Marc three times and always found him excellent to work with, service-wise, so I'm sure he'll get in touch with you as soon as he gets back.

4 to 5 days is nothing compared the 6 - 7 month wait for the hat. if you want to buy the deluxe...just fire through a payment with your specs and then forget about it.....or it will kill you from the inside out

No offence but there is no 6-7 month wait on the AB Deluxe...

Dirk's right, I had my AB Deluxe in about 4 months, not 6 or 7. That would be the regular AB you're thinking of, G. Of the 3 AB's I ordered from Steve, it took about 6 months for my beaver AB to arrive, about 7 for my first rabbit AB and now it's 9 months, going on 10 for my second rabbit AB, which should hopefully get here soon. I believe Marc's turnaround times tend to be a bit shorter, but both he and Steve are obviously busy guys.

One thing I will say is this: regardless of the turnaround time, Marc's hats will ALWAYS be worth it!

Marc has received quite a few orders lately so his delivery times have gone up. Please also remember, Marc does this as a Hobby and works a full time job therefore he produces about 1 hat per week.

My sincere apologies to you both! I should have guessed that Marc's turnaround times might have increased a bit since February.

I know he has been busy lately and I didn't realize that you were both quoted a 7 month wait. 7 months does seem like a long time, but to be 100% honest, I would wait 7 years for one of Marc's hats if I had to. Marc's AB Deluxe was the hat that finally ended my personal quest for an ideal Raiders fedora.

Anyways, sorry for the confusion here! I'm sure Marc will chime in when he's back from the Euro summit and answer everyone's questions.

Sorry if I missed any e-mail

I get round about 20-30 e-mails a day - unfortunately with half of them being spam. Lately I had someone trying to hack my e-mail account, so I've become a little suspicious, if the title doesn't say AB-Dlx. or alike (unless I know the sender of course).
