Does anybody have a good screen-caps that clearly show how the bag should be placed in relation to the bottom of the jacket when worn open and closed?
I know we've discussed how the bag should fall related to the belt line, but I'm more concerned with the jacket angle of things.

You can see here the flap right underneath the side of the jacket.

No jacket here but you can see how it hangs.

Here's where it rests when he's sitting.

It is usually pretty hard to find a photo that has him standing perfectly straight. This causes the relationship of items that he is wearing to change as he bends, slumps, twists, leans, or straddles an elephant. The photos where he is not standing perfectly straight, makes it useless for comparing lengths or relationships of items.
The last one posted above, has him standing straight, but with his legs wide apart which may make a difference, but we can't really see any detail of the bag.

Well then Chewie just has to hop onto the nearest elephant with his bag on and see where it ends up.
I think if you emulate those positions, you'll be fine. At least the Cairo one shows where the bag normally rests. As long as you know how much further his jacket goes past his belt, you can compare.
In Christ,
Shane

Shhh! That's the surprise photo Op!Bufflehead Jones wrote:Hey Chewie, when we get to the Finger Lakes, if there is a zoo, we might be able to find you an elephant there. Or, I'm sure Curator Rick probably has one.
The buckle just is not working out to center well on me, and I've noticed that it's all over Indy depending on the scene, so I don't go by buckle placement. The Cairo shot helps a bit, because it shows that it really is worn low compared to his belt line, and in the last picture it looks like very little of the bag is covered, if any. That concept may solve some of my problems.
Thanks
