Gus Caicedo - MIA?

Post by Captain Ron Solo »

Has anyone heard from Gus (Purewhips) lately? I sent him an email a couple of weeks ago about making a whip for me, but I haven't heard back from him. I haven't seen him post here in a while, either.
I have since spent the money that was going to use to buy the whip, and can no longer afford it. Gus, if you're out there - sorry. I'll try again when I get some more cash.

I believe he posted over at the DFW Whip Enthusiasts Yahoo Group a few weeks back. You might try contacting him through his myspace page:
www.myspace.com/purewhips (just did a search on myspace for "purewhips")

Sorry about missing your email. Been working alot with whips, bread delivery and powerwashing. Been going out of town for my bread company that I work for. Stayed in one hotel that was off the high way and when I went to get in my truck there were two baby racoons by my back tires. :) But I'm back. no more long trips for me.. at least for a while

Oh geez Gus, you had me scared there for a second. As I was reading that, I thought you were gonna say someone broke into your truck but was relieved to hear there were only raccoons.

Yeah just racoons. Oh also saw some Deer, thought that was the coolest. Lots of beautiful land out there. Wish I took my whip for some whip cracking out in the open. :)
