Wested wait question

Post by indiana745 »

Hey everyone, I just ordered a Wested Raiders in the authentic lamb and was wondering if anyone has an idea of what the turnaround time is. Is it especially longer than for any other type of leather? It seems the authentic lamb is gaining a lot of popularity around here. Also, is there any more news on the authentic goat? I may have to pick up one of those before next fall. And yes, I'm definitely addicted to Wested jackets.

I was wondering if anyone else here has ordered the authentic goat other than I.

It's my understanding that he received the authentic goatskin about a week ago today. A few days ago I sent Peter a brief e-mail asking about the turnaround time and I await his reply. Ususally it takes him several days due to his busy schedule but he always gets back. At least, that is my experience.

Thanx to your post about the authentic goat, I ordered mine on the 3rd of Feb and requested the authentic goat.
I'll be interested to find out what you learn from Peter as far as turnaround time.

I too ordered an authentic goat. Peter supposedly received the skins on Feb. 12, the day I ordered mine. I wouldn't think that the leather would make a difference in the production time, but rather your specific mods requested and the amount of other jackets in production. I would expect a normal turn around time unless Peter states differently.

I ordered it on 18th...my fiancee left me () so i figured what the heck, retail therapy...got the (presumably) standard email reply on the 19th thanking me for my order. Can't wait to get it - only problem was that i had to try and measure myself :?
