Color Changing

Post by brady »

I'm trying to figure out what color to get my whip being made my Bernie in Australia. I like the whiskey color as he calls it but I want as candid of an Indy whip as I can get. What color would be the best? How much will the whip change color with use if I get the natural tan color? Does anyone have any pictures to show me the different possibilities that I can get or expect with color changing? Thanks!

I would go with natural tan. Over time, with dressing and exposure to the sun as you use the whip, it will darken to a beautiful reddish brown color.

I was thinking that too, although I do like the whiskey color now I don't know how it would turn out in time to come. From what I've seen too the natural tan does change to a beautiful color with time.

I emailed Bernie again this afternoon and told him I wanted to go with the natural tan so I can watch her grow up. Now I just have to occupy myself for a month before its made and shipped. Man thats a long time, good thing I'm in college and they give us plenty of work to keep us busy.
