Decent Leather Gloves...

Post by JohnNdy »

I realize that this might be slightly off topic, but I would love some input. I am in the market for a very high quality pair of leather gloves...classic style, a kind that Indy might have worn in chillier weather. Could anyone recommend a company that makes REALLY warm leather gloves and does a great job in terms of workmanship - but also keeps a classic Indy look? I want these to last a long time...

Check the Wells Lamont website... they have a vast array of gloves. If memory serves they also have a version of the 1130's that are lined.

...has an excellent selection as well, and being the whip maker, would even HAVE an Indy type connection. Check out his website, or catalog for selection. Regards. Michaelson

John,

Now that we're in the middle of winter, did you ever find a pair?

I would check JC penny I just got a pair of dead ringers for Indy's Mystery of the blues gloves for 50% off, so the total was around 20 bucks... Chris

I did eventually get gloves that happen to look just like the Mystery of the Blues gloves! I thought they were the kind Indy would wear, and after looking at the Mystery of the Blues pics...they are!. Plus they match my Wested quite well!

Autumn is approaching here in the South and soon "winter" will here too. So, where did you get your gloves? I'm trying to plan ahead. Any pics?
