Please keep us updated when you receive your jacket. Since Wested has discontinued their goat, this is quickly becoming a viable option for a goatskin jacket.

Hopefully it won't be much more than a couple of weeks. I'll keep you posted.

Kind regards,

...by the same company that makes jackets for Columbia Sportswear and Calvin Klein... though my line is made-to-measure and made-to-order.

Kind regards,

Hey Indy Magnoli,

The jacket in the photo on your website looks a bit long to me.
You sell off the rack or are the jackets fully customisable?

no,
made to measure refers to size.
Now if I want a huge pocket in the back and another two small ones in the shoulders, that's fully customisable.

No, over here, 'made to measure' means made from supplied measurements of a customer, and therefore fully custom.

This is the form he works from:

https://host385.ipowerweb.com/~indyprop ... -form.html

Additional information is added in the comments box at the bottom of the form.

Michaelson,
Thank you for the reply.
I am concerned about customisations such as
Pocket size and placement,
Action pleat depth
Side strap configuration
etc

I don't see that in his form.
That's why I am asking.

Those concerns would be added to the 'comments' box on the order for, as well as in emails you'd have with Indy in the ordering process. I know, as I'm working through the process myself regarding another jacket made by his company.

I like what I see on Indy Magnoli's site. I probably will hold-off on purchasing a G&B until I see Indiana Danny's pics of the Adventure Jacket.

I wonder if the pocket flap could be made with more of a scallop to it though?..... :-k If I could get that and a right-handed zipper, Indy Magnoli will get my $$....

He took every conceivable measurement! The jacket ought to fit like my own skin.

Im not even concerned about details. When a member of COW makes an item, I have no doubts that it will be all-out Indy.

The only thing that will raise the price are larger sizes. Generally there is a fee of $50 for "XL" sizes.

That's a long time, Danny. Any reason given? I was thinking of ordering his "The Natural" jacket in goat. What I really want is a strong lining - they can wear out so quickly. I'll be really interested to hear from you when your jacket arrives.

Regards - CM
