But this isn't a bad Close Enough Shirt.

It's got epaulets and and a semblance of the seam panel through the pockets. You may be able to dye it, or just have it as an Indyesque change of colour to shake things up once in a while. Pretty cheap too.

hey snake, i see that you've liberated someone's shipment of uniform shirts eh?.....a true scoundrel!!!!

poly rayon. the rayon would keep the shirt nice and light and provide some breathing that the poly takes away.

I bought a shirt similar to this a while back and I got it in the white color. I used some of that Rit Pear Gray dye on it and it made it an off white.

It's a decent shirt but it is kind of scratchy. Of course you can wear a t-shirt under it to avoid that problem.

I saw a similar shirt on Ebay for under $10 but remember, these uniforms are a Poly blend and will irritate your skin more than cotton. They are made for us lazy cops who rarely iron our clothes so they come out of the dryer ready to wear. :lol:

They also have a reinforced badge tab above the left breast pocket.
