Taken this afternoon here in Oslo, my first time on skates this winter. Good clean fun, though it's always surprisingly difficult to keep your balance at first!

nice pics gobo. you'll have some good ol' natural distress marks if you slip and slide all over the ice :D

where's the fedora....the brim would act as a perfect wing to keep your blades tight to the ice during break-neck speeds!

cheers

I never wear the fedora and with the Wested on workdays; since I work as a high school teacher, my pupils would never let me hear the end of it!

I actually tried sliding on the ice, but it was too smooth to leave any marks... and as hard as concrete. Ouch.

The jacket looks good. Seems to be a very good ROTLA wested jacket. Good size of the pockets. Have you requested small pockets or it's a standard size pockets? in that case, you're lucky because they look right.

It's a standard Raiders jacket, but with a generous chest measurement to leave room for a wool or fleece sweater. It wouldn't be much good this time of year in Norway otherwise! Maybe that explains why the pockets appear small.
