Ok Gang, I've got to share this with you all.
I've just purchased the screen used Webley Mk. III nickle plated Comm. Contract pocket revolver that Chen ( Lao Che's son) shoots Wo Han with during the Champaigne cork popping scene in Club Obi Wan.
Here's a pic of it:

That's because it IS the exact same gun from the film. It's not just the same make and model, it IS the gun.

Is it still fully functional? What is that hole or mark on the bottom of the barrel?

Her Royal Majesty required it be deactivated when sold
That's what the mark on the bottom of the barrel is from.
But all in all it is a great find! Thanks all, I'll be building up a major display it will be in and hope to take it to events in '08 for all to see. along with the other orig. Indy props.

Great find Curator Rick. Sorry to see it was deactivated before being sold, but still a great find.

Yea, it was a shame but it came out of Bapty and they deactivated all the handguns they sold in a large group to Propstore of London. Other than the blemish on the bottom of the barrel it's a beautiful piece. It also comes with all of the records of use to prove it is a ToD gun. It just goe to show ya there is still some good pieces still out there for us to grab ahold of.

Really, really cool!
He's building a display case that looks like the table they sit at and it's going to have the original gold coins and bag with it. My mom's going nuts! Dad had to take the door frame apart to get the Chachapoyan pedistal in the house and now he's got to bring home this!

Hi Platon, I'd prefer not to say.
My daughter's lurking around and she knows this is her inheritance!
Don't want her to hurry things along. 8-[
